Kodap builds software for patients and clinics. KodapOne is the first clinic to use it. Less repeat work is the link between affordable care and a profitable practice.

01
Why clinics would adopt
Patients prepare and stay informed in the app. Staff review shared answers, coordinate the visit and track follow-up in one workspace. The business case is less paid administrative work and more usable staff time, after software and adoption costs. Savings need validation.
02
Two ways to earn revenue
KodapOne plans to earn care revenue through insurance and a proposed $75/month subscription, with benefits and participation still to be defined. Kodap could earn software fees from independent clinics. Software pricing will reflect each clinic’s needs.
03
Prove it at KodapOne
Our Oklahoma clinic is the first deployment. The goal is a 20-minute visit instead of an hour, without compromising care. We’ll test staff effort, patient costs, demand and full operating costs before claiming a repeatable model or expanding.
